This agreement is entered into by and between the Florida Realtor Association, hereinafter referred to as the “Association”, and the recipient of legal hotline services, hereinafter referred to as the “Recipient”.

Whereas the Association operates a legal hotline providing legal advice and guidance to realtors in the state of Florida;

Whereas the Recipient desires to access and use the legal hotline services provided by the Association;

Now, therefore, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements contained herein, the parties hereto agree as follows:
